Terms of Service

stockinsights.ai provides research tooling and workflow automation for public-markets investment teams. The service may include company monitoring, document analysis, commentary extraction, alerts, generated research outputs, API access, and custom workflows configured to customer datasets, systems, and processes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and API keys, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use stockinsights.ai only in compliance with applicable laws, market rules, data licenses, your internal policies, and these Terms.

You retain ownership of data, files, prompts, watchlists, workflow configurations, internal materials, outputs, and other content that you or your organization submit to stockinsights.ai ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Data to the service, including any internal documents, third-party data, market data, or licensed materials.

stockinsights.ai may generate summaries, alerts, classifications, analysis drafts, and other outputs using AI systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on imperfect source data. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them internally or externally.

We do not use customer inputs, private datasets, or outputs to train stockinsights.ai models or third-party foundation models.

stockinsights.ai is a research tooling and workflow automation product. It does not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, portfolio management, broker-dealer services, solicitation, or fiduciary services. You are solely responsible for investment decisions and should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

The service may rely on public data, third-party data sources, infrastructure providers, model providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and other subprocessors. We are not responsible for third-party data errors, delays, outages, restrictions, or changes.

Some features may be subject to third-party provider terms, data licenses, or usage limits. More information is available on our Subprocessors / Third-Party Providers page.

API access and custom workflow deployments may have additional scope, usage, security, support, data, and commercial terms in an order form, statement of work, or written agreement. You may not share API keys, exceed usage limits, disrupt the service, or use APIs in a way that violates laws, data licenses, or these Terms.

You agree not to:

1. Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
2. Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
3. Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or workflows without authorization.
4. Submit malware, secrets, or data you are not authorized to use.
5. Use outputs as a substitute for professional judgment, compliance review, or investment diligence.
6. Remove notices, violate intellectual property rights, or misuse stockinsights.ai branding.

Paid plans, API access, and custom deployments may require payment of fees. You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges according to the plan, order form, invoice, or written agreement. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Serendib Labs Technologies Pvt Ltd and its licensors own the service, software, website, design, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the rights granted to you under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback you provide may be used by us to improve stockinsights.ai without obligation to you, provided we do not disclose your confidential Customer Data in doing so.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may harm stockinsights.ai, other customers, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular investment, compliance, or business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serendib Labs Technologies Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, investment losses, or business interruption arising from your use of stockinsights.ai.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
