What is the difference between Product, API, and Solutions?
Product is the self-serve research interface. API is for developers and teams that want stockinsights.ai data and outputs inside their own systems. Solutions are custom workflow deployments for recurring research and monitoring work.
When should I choose Developer Plan versus Business Plan?
Choose Developer Plan when you want self-serve API access for internal tools, prototypes, or individual development. Contact us for Business Plan when you need commercial use, customer-facing applications, higher limits, redistribution, webhooks, or custom endpoints.
Why do US data and India data plans have different prices?
Each data market has different source coverage, licensing/acquisition costs, processing requirements, and local usage expectations. We price US data and India data plans separately so access remains practical while covering the cost of maintaining reliable datasets.
Where do I get API keys?
After signing in, generate API keys from the API access section in Account Settings. The dashboard remains the place to manage self-serve API access, keys, and usage.
Do you support custom endpoints, webhooks, or private datasets?
Yes, through Business Plan or Solutions engagements. These may involve custom endpoints, webhooks, customer-specific datasets, internal systems, permissions, and delivery requirements when agreed as part of the engagement.
Do you use customer data to train models?
No. Customer inputs, private datasets, and outputs are not used to train stockinsights.ai or third-party models.
Is stockinsights.ai investment advice?
No. stockinsights.ai provides research tooling and workflow automation. Outputs are informational and should be reviewed before use.
Can I start self-serve and move to a custom plan later?
Yes. Many teams can start with Product or Developer Plan access and later discuss Business Plan or Solutions as their needs become clearer.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Self-serve subscriptions are handled under the published refund policy. Enterprise, API, and custom workflow agreements may include separate commercial terms.
