This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for stockinsights.ai services provided by Serendib Labs Technologies Pvt Ltd. Separate enterprise, API, or custom deployment agreements may include different commercial terms.
Self-Serve Subscriptions
You may cancel a self-serve subscription through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support. After cancellation, you will generally retain access until the end of the then-current billing period, and no further renewal charges will be made for that subscription.
Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, self-serve subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions.
If we offer a trial, promotional credit, or early-access plan, the applicable terms will be stated at the time of purchase or signup.
Enterprise, API, And Custom Deployments
Enterprise subscriptions, API contracts, data services, and custom workflow deployments are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. Those terms control cancellation, refund, renewal, usage, and payment obligations for that engagement.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with enough information to review the charge. We may ask for account, invoice, transaction, and plan details.
- Account email or organization name.
- Invoice number or transaction reference, if available.
- A short description of the billing issue.
Pricing Changes
We may update pricing, packaging, or plan terms from time to time. Material subscription changes will be communicated through the product, website, email, invoice, or other reasonable notice.
