(a) Monthly Subscription: If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
(b) Annual Subscription: If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel it during the subscription term, but refunds will be subject to the terms outlined below.
(a) Monthly Subscription: We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions.
(b) Annual Subscription: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining months of the subscription term. Refunds beyond the first 30 days will not be provided.
