On September 22, 2025, Veru Inc. settled a $8.83 million loan issue with Onconetix, receiving $6.33 million in cash, 3,125 shares of Series D Preferred Stock, and 846,975 warrants in full satisfaction of the debt. The settlement concluded all previous obligations related to the loan notes.
