On July 25, 2025, VERU INC. held a shareholder meeting where they approved a reverse stock split with a ratio between 1-for-2 and 1-for-20, and also agreed to adjourn the meeting, with 98,869,209 votes in favor of the stock split and 100,083,638 votes in favor of the adjournment.
