Veru Inc. entered into a purchase agreement with Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC to sell up to $100 million of common stock, but later amended the agreement to reduce the amount to $50 million. The company has sold 3,025,000 shares resulting in proceeds of $3.1 million.
