Valor Estate Ltd has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Blue Crest Realty Private Limited, on 3rd November 2025, which is a step-down subsidiary under its existing subsidiary, Nine Paradise Erectors Private Limited. The authorized and paid-up capital of the new subsidiary is Rs. 1,00,000, and it currently has no turnover as it has just been established.
