Valor Estate Ltd has signed a framework agreement with Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on May 28, 2025, to jointly develop a commercial project on 21,978.22 sq. mts. of land, with a total size of approximately 1.50 million sq. ft. and a gross development value of Rs. 4,500 Crores. Both companies will share equal economic interest of 50%.
