On 1st August 2025, Advent Hotels International Limited allotted 5,39,42,887 equity shares and 71,75,574 preference shares to Valor Estate Limited's shareholders, following a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation. This includes a 10% reduction in the paid-up value of preference shares and cancellation of pre-scheme capital.
