BLB LTD. approved the re-appointment of Sh. Anshul Mehra as Executive Director for 3 years, appointed Smt. Anita Sharma as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, and designated Sh. Brij Rattan Bagri as Managing Director for 3 years with a salary of up to Rs. 90 Lacs per annum, all pending shareholder approval.
