BLB LTD. has announced the appointment of Mr. Deepak Sharma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective from 1st December, 2023. The Board of Directors has also authorized certain KMPs for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to the stock exchanges.
