BLB Limited has disclosed that the promoter of the company, Mr. Brij Rattan Bagri, has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with M/s. Dream Achiever Consultancy Services Private Limited to acquire 36.84% of the paid-up share capital of the company for a total consideration of Rs. 43.82 Crores.
