The Board of Directors of Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd approved the appointment of CS Shivaram Bhat as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years starting from April 1, 2025, and recommended a final dividend of Rs 20 per share for FY 2024-25 during the Board meeting held on May 8, 2025.
