Tata Motors Limited, via a demerger scheme approved by the NCLT, acquired 48.98% stake in Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited through transfer of shares from ACGL as part of the corporate restructuring. Effective Oct 1, 2025, ACGL stake moved to Tata Motors Limited (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited).
