Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has revised the date of its 43rd AGM and Book Closure from June 20-25, 2023 to June 29, 2023 and will be held through video conference or other audio-visual means, as per regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
