Alphatec Holdings, Inc. has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire the REMI Robotic Navigation System business from Integrity Implants Inc. and Fusion Robotics, LLC for $55 million. The company also announced preliminary financial results for Q1 2023, with total revenue expected to be between $108.0 million and $109.5 million, representing a year-over-year growth of over 52%.
