Alphatec Holdings announced the relocation of Executive Vice President, Craig Hunsaker, to lead the administration of subsidiary office in Paris, France, maintaining his role as the Executive Vice President, People & Culture. Also, Tyson Marshall is appointed as the Company's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, replacing Craig Hunsaker. In addition, the company entered into an Executive Severance Agreement with members of its Senior Leadership Team.
