Mrs. Shalini Jhanwar, a promoter of Trishakti Industries Ltd, has disclosed the acquisition of 81,000 equity shares at Rs. 2 each, increasing her total holdings to 714,109 shares, representing 0.5453% of the companys paid-up capital.
