Trishakti Industries Ltd corrected the number of equity shares to be allotted to Ms. Kamala Kumari Jain from 11,650 to 23,300 and approved a preferential issue of up to 14,77,550 equity shares at Rs. 86 each, totaling Rs. 12.70 crore, subject to necessary approvals.
