Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited has approved an increase in authorized capital from INR 15 crores to INR 20 crores and will issue 56 lakh Convertible Share Warrants to strategic investors, with a meeting scheduled for August 25, 2025, to seek member approval.
