Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that Corporate Governance regulations are not applicable to the company for the year ended 31st December 2023 due to its listing under the SME portal of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and exemption under Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
