IZMO Limited has announced the allotment of 13,72,620 warrants to promoter persons on a preferential basis at a warrant subscription price of Rs. 22 per warrant and the warrant exercise price of Rs. 66 per warrant, aggregating to Rs. 88 per warrant convertible into equity share, on May 19, 2023.
