IZMO Limited has approved the allotment of 703,050 equity shares, following the conversion of warrants by warrant holders at a price of Rs. 88 per warrant, raising total capital by Rs. 4,64,01,300, increasing paid-up capital from Rs. 14,14,80,430 to Rs. 14,85,10,930.
