The board of directors of Globalspace Technologies Ltd has fixed the date, time, mode, and venue of the 13th Annual General Meeting and approved the appointment of M/S Bansi Lal Shah & Co. as statutory auditors. They have also approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association.
