At the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025, Globalspace Technologies Ltd approved the re-appointment of M/s. Bansi Lal Shah & Co. as statutory auditors for two years and appointed Mr. Pulkit Chowdhary as a Non-executive Independent Director for three years.
