Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. completed its acquisition of WP CityMD Topco LLC, paid $6.9 billion in cash and Class E-3 Preferred Units, and entered into a credit agreement with VillageMD for $2.25 billion in senior secured credit facilities.
