Interactive Strength Inc. entered into an asset purchase agreement with CLMBR, Inc and CLMBR1, LLC to acquire their assets and assume certain liabilities for approximately $16.9 million, with a portion paid in common stock and the rest in debt retirement. The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2023.
