On November 20, 2025, Sadot Group Inc. entered into a Settlement Agreement with Aggia LLC, agreeing to issue 1,050,000 shares and pay $75,000 to resolve obligations under a previous agreement, pending shareholder approval for a portion of the shares. This settlement will terminate all related claims and agreements between the parties.
