On October 9, 2025, ProPhase Labs, Inc. entered into an At-the-Market Sales Agreement with WestPark Capital, allowing them to sell shares of their common stock as needed. The agreement includes a compensation of 3.0% from the gross proceeds of any sales made under this arrangement.
