AMMO, Inc. has announced that Mr. Jared R. Smith, the company's President and COO since January 2023, will replace Mr. Fred W. Wagenhals as CEO. Concurrently, Wagenhals has been appointed as the company's Executive Chairman. Mr. Harry Markley resigned from the board of directors.
