Nova Vision Acquisition Corp entered into an Amendment No. 2 to the Merger Agreement with Real Messenger Holdings Limited, extending the closing date of the Business Combination to December 31, 2023 and agreeing on the issuance of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of Purchaser to holders of convertible notes.
