Invesco Ltd. has entered into a Preferred Share Repurchase Agreement with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company on December 8, 2025, to repurchase $500 million of its preferred shares at an 18% premium. MassMutual will still hold $2.5 billion of preferred shares after the transaction.
