Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. entered into a loan agreement and issued warrants to Matthews Southwest Holdings, Inc. and John Q. Adams. They also completed a securities purchase agreement with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and amended their equity distribution agreement with Maxim Group LLC.
