Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company has signed a Cooperation Agreement with Elliott Investment Management and its subsidiaries, leading to the appointment of new independent members Max H. Mitchell, Roger J. Wood, and Joseph R. Hinrichs to the company's board of directors. The company has also established an advisory Strategic and Operational Review Committee towards maximising long-term value of the company.
