Georgia Power reached a settlement with Oglethorpe Power Corporation to resolve a dispute regarding the cost-sharing and tender provisions of joint ownership agreements for Plant Vogtle Units 3 and 4, resulting in an expected charge to income of approximately $152 million for Q3 2023.
