On October 22, 2025, Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF underwent a corporate reorganization where GSO Intermediate Holdings Corporation transferred control to Grayscale Investments, which is now the sole managing member. This reorganization is not expected to materially impact the operations of the Trust.
