Forward Air Corp has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Omni Newco LLC, Clue Opco LLC, and other parties, and has amended the Investor Rights Agreement to exclude lock-up restrictions on equity securities acquired by certain parties prior to the completion of the merger.
