Angion Biomedica Corp. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization with Elicio Therapeutics, Inc., and Arkham Merger Sub, Inc. to merge with and into Elicio, with Elicio surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of Angion.
