ZW Data Action Technologies Inc. entered into two Securities Purchase Agreements to sell 119,100 shares each to Eternity Star Development Limited and Chaucer Investment & Consulting Limited for $250,110 each, at $2.1 per share, with a six-month lock-up period for the purchasers.
