CINCINNATI FINANCIAL CORP entered into the Fifth Amendment to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with lenders and PNC Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, replacing LIBOR references with comprehensive SOFR provisions throughout and making other amendments.
