On April 25, 2025, Commerce Bancshares, Inc. reported the retirement of Mr. Earl H. Devanny, III from its Board and conducted its annual meeting where directors were elected, including Benjamin F. Rassieur, III for a 2-year term and four others for 3-year terms. KPMG LLP was also ratified as the accounting firm for 2025, along with approval of executive compensation with over 89 million votes in favor.
