On February 28, 2025, Agape ATP Corporation entered into agreements to sell 46 million shares of common stock for $23 million, increasing total shares from 4,005,381 to 50,005,381 after the sale. A registration statement will be filed with the SEC within 45 days for the resale of these shares.
