ANSYS, Inc. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Synopsys, Inc. and ALTA Acquisition Corp., with each share of ANSYS Common Stock being converted into 0.3450 shares of Synopsys Common Stock and $197.00 in cash.
