Phoenix Motor Inc. entered into two Asset Purchase Agreements with Proterra, Inc. and its subsidiary, Proterra Operating Company, Inc. to purchase the Proterra Transit Business Unit and the Proterra Battery Lease Agreements for a total of $10 million in cash.
