UTTAM SUGAR MILLS LTD. has appointed Mrs. Anju Sethi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting from 18th September 2024, approved by shareholders at the AGM. Mrs. Sethi, with over 36 years of banking experience, will receive remuneration as per shareholder approval.
