Surya Roshni Ltd has declared a bonus issue of shares in the ratio of 1:1, meaning shareholders will receive 1 bonus share for each share they own. This will double the total number of shares from 10,88,17,948 to 21,76,35,896, increasing the paid-up capital from ₹54.41 crore to ₹108.82 crore.
