Sumeet Industries announced the appointment of Mr. Rohan Modh and Mrs. Prachi Gandhi as Directors, while Mr. Manoj Jain and Mr. Vikash Chandaliya resigned. Additionally, they plan to issue 10 million shares aggregating Rs. 100 Crores and set up a 30 MW solar power plant costing Rs. 105 Crores.
