On March 19, 2025, SpiceJet Ltd allotted 13,14,08,514 equity shares to Spice Healthcare Private Limited, increasing promoter group ownership from 29.33% to 33.47%. The shares were issued at Rs. 29.84 each after the conversion of warrants and receipt of Rs. 2,94,09,22,543.32.
