On 27th September 2025, shareholders of Sharat Industries Ltd approved the re-appointments of Mr. Harihar Venkata Muthyam as Independent Director, Mr. Prasad Reddy Sabbella as Managing Director, and Mr. Sharat Reddy Sabbella as Whole-Time Director, each for five years.
