Shilchar Technologies Ltd announced a capacity expansion of 6500 MVA at their Vadodara plant, requiring an investment of approximately Rs. 90 Crores, expected to be completed by April 2027, due to 100% capacity utilization of their existing 7500 MVA capacity.
